Caroline McHale

Caroline McHale Caroline McHale serves as the Director of Business Development at Sierra Vista Hospital, where she works to maintain and expand relationships with current and prospective clients, other businesses and the greater-Sacramento community. She has a diverse background, rich in healthcare, media, marketing, public relations and international business. Prior to joining the staff at Sierra Vista Hospital, she worked in the healthcare industry, serving as the director of media and physician relations where she was responsible for maintaining marketing media, community outreach, physician relations, recruitment, public relations and rebranding initiatives for the organization. Education: B.F.A. Philosophy and Women’s Studies, University of San Diego; M.F.A. Philosophy, University of Toronto; M.B.A. Marketing and International Business, University of San Diego.

Denise Sahadi-Joyce

Denise Sahadi-Joyce Denise Sahadi-Joyce, RN, JD, MFTT, who serves as the Regulatory Compliance Officer, has a diverse background, ranging from psychology, nursing, case management, quality and clinical risk management, to Medical-legal analyses and setting up programs for medical groups as a consultant. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient services at both psychiatric health facilities and medical-surgical hospitals. She has helped advance the field of behavioral health by designing and implementing programs to help the developmentally disabled and their families function better, and being pivotal in significantly reducing the use of restraint and seclusion in two prior psychiatric facilities. While working in the medical field and simultaneously studying law, she has proven herself as a competent medical-legal analyst, offering her expertise through consulting work, as well as an in-house interpreter of regulatory requirements. Education: B.A. Psychology; Associates Degree Nursing; J.D., Western State University; M.A. Psychology (pending).
